The Magic of EFT

December 27, 2008 by pateft

EFT is magic!

Okay, maybe it’s not actually magic, but the results are so amazing that it’s hard to remember that.

EFT has had a profound affect on my life. I had been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome and osteoarthritis. I was in pain every minute of every day. I was taking prescription painkillers daily, and stronger painkillers nightly. Even, so I had bad days, and sometimes really bad days.

Thanks to EFT, I am now virtually pain free. No more of the daily misery of struggling just to do normal tasks. No more prescription painkillers. No more painkillers at all.

Eliminating my considerable pain was not my original plan when I started using EFT. I had a highly stressful job, and was just trying to make it through each day, so I tapped for stress, anxiety, anger and whatever else came up at the office. The results were significant, so I felt ready to try EFT on other problems.

I started tapping on my knee pain, and my hip pain. It didn’t happen overnight, but relief did come. Then I moved along to all the other pain I had. Mine was a gradual process, taking about 6 months in all.

For the time I spent learning EFT, and doing the actual tapping, the payoff was amazing. No more pain keeping me in bed for days at a time. No more pain keeping me awake night after night, in spite of the drugs. After years of pain, it is nothing short of a miracle for me that I am now painfree, and my entire outlook on life has changed accordingly.

EFT may not be part of your belief system, but if you’ll simply give it a chance, you too may experience amazing results. You can download a free EFT manual here.

Give yourself a chance to experience the life changing power of EFT. It won’t cost you a thing except a bit of your time.

If you’re willing to give EFT a try, here is a sample tapping script for back pain, a very common complaint.

Tapping Script For Back Pain

  • Even though I have this ache in my back that’s really bothering me, and no matter what I do, the ache is there, I deeply and profoundly love and accept myself.
  • Even though I’ve been having back pain for a while and it limits the things I can do, and I don’t like that, I deeply and profoundly love and accept myself.
  • Even though I’m tired of the pain in my back and I’m not really sure what to do about it, I’m willing to give this tapping stuff a try, and I’m open to the possibility that it might help.
