At right is a chart showing the most common EFT tapping points.
Tapping generally starts at the karate chop point, while repeating the setup phrase 3 times.
Then the reminder phrase is repeated while tapping 5 to 7 times on eyebrow, side of eye, under nose, chin, collar bone, under arm and top of head.
Example:
Setup Statement, repeated 3 times while tapping on karate chop.
“Even though I’m really stressed about my bills right now, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.”
Reminder Statement, repeated at each of the other tapping points.
“This bill stress”
