EFT is a new and exciting tool for healing. It has often been referred to as a form of psychological acupressure, using gentle tapping instead of needles to stimulate traditional Chinese acupuncture points.
The results are fast and often permanent. EFT can neutralize emotions such as fear, anger, shame, guilt and sadness, thereby resolving issues that you may have been dealing with for many years. This, in turn, allows the body and mind to resume their natural healing abilities.
EFT is extremely simple to learn, and to use. Anyone can use EFT, and get good results. While it may take an experienced pratitioner to deal with the more intense issues, anyone willing to invest a short period of time into reading about and trying EFT can be tapping in no time at all.
